What's inside

Four layers make a website that ranks.

Most Dublin web design quotes only talk about the look. Google and your visitors care about all four layers, so we build all four together.

Getting the four in the right order matters too. Structure comes before design, because moving pages after the layouts are signed off means redrawing them. Speed gets checked during the build rather than at the end, when the only fix left is deleting work you paid for.

How a build runs

From first call to launch in five to ten weeks.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

    Plan

Keyword map, sitemap and page briefs for the Dublin searches you want.

  2. Weeks 2 to 4

    Design

Homepage and key templates, on desktop and mobile, for you to review.

  3. Weeks 4 to 8

    Build

Development, content, schema and speed work.

  4. Launch week

    Go live

Redirects, Search Console, analytics and a final speed check.

Launch week is the part most Dublin web design quotes skip. We map every old URL to its new one with 301 redirects, keep the pages already earning traffic, resubmit the XML sitemap in Search Console, set up Google Analytics 4 with form and call events, check Core Web Vitals on a real phone connection and watch for crawl errors through the first month.

Questions

Web design Dublin FAQs.

How much does web design in Dublin cost?

Most small business websites we build land between €2,500 and €6,000. Ecommerce sites cost more because of products, payments and stock. We give you a fixed quote after a short call.

How long does a new website take?

Most builds take five to ten weeks from the first call to launch. Content is usually the slowest part, so we plan it early.

Will my new website keep my Google rankings?

Yes, if the move is planned. We map every old URL to its new home with 301 redirects and check Search Console for errors after launch.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do. The domain, hosting, Google accounts and the content stay in your name with us added as a user. If you leave, nothing has to be handed back because it was never ours.

Do you write the content or do I?

Either. Most clients give us the raw detail about their services and we write it, then you approve. If you would rather write it yourself we give you a brief per page so nothing important is missed.

Which platform do you build on?

WordPress for most business sites, Shopify or WooCommerce for shops, and a static build where speed matters more than editing. We pick on how often the site changes and who updates it, not on what we prefer to build.

Do you handle hosting and maintenance?

Yes. We set up hosting with a CDN, SSL and daily backups, and we can keep plugins, themes and PHP versions patched on a monthly plan. You own the accounts either way.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. We build on WordPress or Shopify, and you get a short training session so you can edit pages, posts and products yourself.
